Orders are generally handed over to the shipping company within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on order quantity, product stock, delivery address and operational workload.
The shipping company and fee are determined according to the order details. For corporate and bulk orders, the delivery plan is shared separately with the customer.

Return requests are evaluated provided that the product is unused, undamaged and suitable for resale. If you notice damage, missing items or an incorrect product upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
